I’m Gem, a women’s health specialist, postnatal recovery advocate, and movement educator with over 24 years of experience in fitness, dance, and wellbeing.

I help women move better, feel better, and live happier, healthier lives through simple, sustainable movement and compassionate coaching.

My approach blends science, experience, and empathy — because every woman deserves to feel strong, supported, and confident in her body.
